- Sounds of Starkenburg – Free concert at St. Martin’s Church in Starkenburg is a beloved Hermann holiday tradition. Performers include organist Barry Bierwirth, the St. Paul UCC Handbell Choir and guest vocalists and instrumentalists. Concerts are at 1:00, 3:30 and 7:00 p.m. There will be a soup supper in Valentine Hall from 2:00 to 6:00.

- The Spirit of CHRISTmas at Starkenburg – Featuring mezzo-soprano Carrie Kirchhofer-Tilly and organist Jonie Loehnig on the 1860 Pfeffer pipe organ at the beautiful St. Martin’s Church, six miles west of Hermann. Concerts are at 2:30 p.m. on December 6, 7 and 8. Enjoy sing-a-longs during the concert and refreshments afterward. Vendor market open 1:00 to 4:30.
