The Hermann Wurst Haus is proud to offer locally produced craft beer with a distinctive German inspired flavor. Local craft soda is made from high quality ingredients from traditional recipes. We also feature popular wines and spirits from local wineries and distilleries.

Wurst Haus Craft Beer

Wurstmeister Mike loves a good craft beer with his bratwurst. He decided to create his own line of beers to serve with his gourmet bratwursts. The brew master and he carefully selected four German beer styles that would match well with the gourmet bratwursts selection. The craft beer names are unique and historical, incorporating Mike’s passion and Hermann’s history.
Hand crafted and locally produced from the finest ingredients, the brew master created these German beer styles to pair with the most flavorful of our 47 different flavors of state and national champion smoked brats.

Wurstmeister Wheat

German-style Hefeweizen – great with a slice of lemon.

Steamboat Smoked Ale

Black and smoked malt flavor that pairs perfectly with any smoked meat.

Butcher's Block Lager

A crisp, light-bodied Vienna-style lager.

Golden Buck Ale

German-Style Dark Amber known for its high alcohol content.

Calvin’s 1847 Root Beer

Calvin’s 1847 Root Beer is a local craft soda that is hand-batched by a local company, using traditional recipes with high quality ingredients.

We are a big supporter of the Buy Local Movement, and we support the local wineries and a distillery by serving and selling their awesome wines and spirits.

The wineries in the German community of Hermann are in the heart of Missouri wine country. Before Prohibition, Hermann produced more than one million gallons of wine a year, and today Hermann-area winemakers are once again producing award-winning wines. If you aren’t familiar with the wineries in and around the historic Hermann area, we invite you to stop by and buy a bottle! We feature several wines from each of the wineries listed below: dry red Norton, semi-dry Vignoles, sweet Concord, and many more selections. We have a wine for every palate. We sell wines by the bottle.
