Professional meat processors from across Missouri gather to showcase their finest creations, offering samples and products for sale throughout the weekend. With vendors stationed at multiple locations, you’ll have plenty of chances to taste, compare, and take home your favorites.
Wurstfest highlights include:

- A hands-on kraut-making class
- The festive Braunschweiger Ball

- Weiner Dog Derby, Sunday, Clara Eitmann-Messmer Amphitheater
