We’ll be accepting deer for processing during the following dates and times:

Youth Hunt

  • Nov. 1, 28 & 29: 8 AM – 4 PM
  • Nov. 2 & 30: 8 AM – 2 PM

Regular Firearm Season

  • Nov. 15 & 16: 8 AM – 5 PM
  • Nov. 22 & 23: 8 AM – 5 PM

🧂 Quality Ingredients & Careful Craftsmanship

All sausage prices include:

  • Fresh, never frozen 80% lean pork (except jerky, which has no added pork)
  • Grand champion seasonings
  • Vacuum packing for freshness

Prices are based on clean, boneless venison meat and are subject to change. We also accept clean, boneless trim for processing at 25¢ extra per pound, which covers additional handling and weigh-in.

To ensure quality and safety, please bring your meat in clear, food-grade plastic bags—black trash bags will not be accepted. We inspect all incoming meat twice to guarantee a flavorful, premium product every time.

🕒 Processing Time & Pick-Up

During peak deer season, the average processing time is 2–6 months. We work as efficiently and safely as possible to produce your sausage to the highest standards.

Once your order is complete, you’ll be contacted for pick-up and asked to retrieve your order within 10 days. Please be prepared to make payment when dropping off your meat.
