Please note, that individual pigs may vary slightly in the quantity of meat provided. On average, a half pig yields about 95 pounds of meat, requiring roughly 4 cubic feet of freezer space.

Origin of our locally raised pigs:

All our pigs are sourced from a reputable, family-owned farm in Franklin County, Missouri, ensuring high-quality, well-marbled, and flavorful pork.

Whether you opt for a half or whole pig, we guarantee exceptional quality and taste.

Cost:

A whole processed pig costs $3.25 per pound of dressed weight, while a half-processed pig is $3.35 per pound. Dressed weights typically range from 125 to 165 pounds per half.

This price includes:

– Purchase and transportation of the locally raised pig to Wurst Haus.
– Harvest and processing fees.
– Charges for curing and smoking the ham and bacon.
– Sausage and bratwurst processing fees.

We encourage placing multiple orders to fully stock up.
