Our Sweet Bologna with Jalapenos & Cheese is a blend of premium beef, pork, jalapenos and cheese, then cured with sugar and premium spices. We slowly smoked it to create a slightly sweet taste with a kick from the jalapenos. 

Great with cheese, snacks, crackers, or on a sandwich. Enjoy with a Hermann Wurst Haus Golden Buck Ale!
