When you purchase a half or whole pig, you’ll receive a wide selection of cuts, all from non-factory, non-confined pigs. Each order includes:

Pricing:

  • $3.09 per pound based on dressed weight (average 125-165 lbs. per half).
  • Smoking and curing (bacon, hams, and jowls) add $2.50/lb.
  • Sausage linking is also $2.50/lb.

A half pig yields approximately 95 pounds of take-home meat, conveniently fitting into about 4 cubic feet of freezer space. Please note, weights may vary slightly depending on the unique characteristics of each pig.

Our pigs come from a trusted family farm in Franklin County, Missouri, known for well-marbled, exceptionally flavorful pork that consistently delivers high quality.

Beef Options: Half, Whole, or Split Side

Our locally raised beef is sourced from single animals, ensuring unmatched transparency and quality. Unlike grocery store options, our beef comes directly from trusted local farmers.

Pricing:

  • Whole or Half Beef: $4.75/lb. (dressed weight: 340-380 lbs. per side).
  • Split Side Beef: $4.95/lb.

Each purchase includes processing, cutting, wrapping, and freezing. A half beef typically provides an average rail weight of 350 lbs., offering a diverse selection of cuts, including:

  • Chuck Roast
  • Arm Roast
  • Rump Roast
  • Ribeyes
  • Brisket
  • Stew Meat
  • T-Bones
  • Porterhouse Steaks
  • Round Steaks
  • Sirloin Steaks
  • Top Sirloin Steaks
  • Soup Bones
  • Ground Beef (approximately half the weight of a side).
