Schnitzel Sunday – Starting at 11 am, we have Schnitzel Sunday! Schnitzel is a seasoned, breaded, pork tenderloin served on a bed of sweet, peppered Kraut, with white Bacon gravy. This is sold separately for $12.99, and you can upgrade by adding any of our Haus-made sides to your plate. We suggest for the true Hermann Wurst Haus experience, adding our red cabbage braised with local Hermann red wine, and our Haus-made, German Potato Salad, served warm with celery, onions, and lots of bacon!
